We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer to own and scale the data backbone of our platform, ensuring a reliable and timely flow of data that powers our products and insights.???? Work setup: Hybrid (1 day/week in-office for Barcelona-based candidates; full remote for the rest of Spain). Your Challenge <ul><li>Own the End-to-End ETL Lifecycle: You will design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process data from diverse sources, including third-party APIs, databases, message queues, and flat files.</li><li>Build for Scale and Reliability: Ensure the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and performance. You will be responsible for the monitoring, security, and operational excellence of our data integration systems.</li><li>Solve Complex Data Challenges: Implement sophisticated data transformations and business logic to turn raw data into actionable information that drives product features and critical business decisions.</li><li>Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-impact data solutions.</li><li>Drive Technical Excellence: Contribute to a high-quality codebase through thoughtful code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will keep abreast of new technologies and trends to evolve our data stack.</li></ul> Must-haves <ul><li>Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with a demonstrated focus on data integration, ETL development, or backend systems.</li><li>Programming Proficiency: Strong coding skills in a modern language.
