<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables.</p><ul><li>Oversee the implementation of BIM standards and workflows across multiple projects</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure consistent application of BIM processes and best practices</li><li>Manage the setup and maintenance of Common Data Environments (CDE) for project collaboration</li><li>Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documentation</li><li>Facilitate multidisciplinary model federation and coordination</li><li>Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models and ensure compliance with project standards</li><li>Curate and manage BIM content, including objects, families, and templates</li><li>Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate BIM processes with project schedules and deliverables</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM and digital construction</li><li>Support the integration of point cloud surveys and 4D BIM data when required</li></ul>
