<div>Last Energy seeks a Licensing Associate to support our regulatory and licensing activities across the U.S. and international markets. This role will focus on preparing, organizing, and managing licensing documentation, coordinating communications with regulators, and contributing to probabilistic safety analysis (PSA) that underpins our nuclear projects.</div><div><br></div><div>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to navigate complex regulatory requirements, maintain impeccable documentation, and provide analytical support in safety and licensing processes.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in the preparation, review, and management of technical documentation submitted to regulators</li><li>Translate technical content from subject-matter experts into clear, precise language for regulatory submissions</li><li>Conduct spreadsheet analysis, including data collection, modeling, and reporting</li><li>Research, track and interpret evolving licensing requirements to ensure compliance</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, legal, and project teams to align licensing activities with broader project goals</li><li>Maintain organized records and documentation systems for licensing and regulatory filings</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in technical writing, licensing, regulatory affairs, safety analysis, or a related field</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical discipline</li><li>Familiarity with licensing and regulatory processes in the energy or infrastructure sectors</li><li>Strong analytical skills with exposure to probabilistic safety analysis or quantitative risk assessment preferred</li><li>Excellent organizational and written communication skills</li><li>Disciplined and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines</li><li>Based in Austin, TX or Washington, DC (or willing to relocate)</li></ul><br>
