Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across our sales organization. This role will act as the operational backbone for the sales team—building processes, analyzing data, managing tools, and enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.</p><p>The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands both the strategic and tactical aspects of sales operations, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success).</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes to support revenue growth.</li><li>Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning.</li><li>Develop and deliver sales enablement resources (playbooks, dashboards, training materials).</li><li>Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting tools (CRM, BI platforms).</li><li>Provide insights on KPIs such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, quota attainment, and sales cycle length.</li><li>Track key metrics and recommend strategies to improve productivity and revenue growth.</li><li>Own and administer CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), ensuring data integrity and adoption.</li><li>Evaluate, implement, and manage additional sales tools to improve efficiency (prospecting, automation, reporting).</li><li>Ensure alignment of sales tools with Marketing and Finance systems for accurate reporting.</li><li>Support annual and quarterly sales planning, including headcount modeling, territory design, and quota assignment.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance on commission structures, incentive programs, and revenue forecasts.</li><li>Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities in the sales cycle.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).</li><li>5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills.</li><li>Experience working in high-growth environments and scaling sales teams.</li></ul><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
