We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection, Cleansing &amp; Vetting<ul><li>Collect, validate, and cleanse procurement data from multiple sources.</li><li>Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors.</li><li>Establish and maintain data quality checks to support reliable decision-making.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and improve procurement dashboards and performance reports.</li><li>Provide clear and actionable insights to the extended procurement community.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all reporting outputs.</li><li>Analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>System of Record Keeping<ul><li>Act as custodian of procurement data within procurement platforms.</li><li>Ensure master data, supplier records, and related procurement metadata/sites are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.</li></ul>System &amp; Training Support<ul><li>Support onboarding of new users/sites into procurement systems by preparing user data, documentation, and training materials.</li><li>Assist in user training sessions and help maintain training resources.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead small projects for the development and implementation of IT-based systems, tools, and processes to support global sourcing.</li><li>Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to and support the annual procurement planning process.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; External Support<ul><li>Collaborate with external service providers (e.g., AIC) to ensure timely and accurate data and reporting deliverables.</li><li>Partner with IT and Finance teams to ensure procurement data aligns with financial and system requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.</li><li>4–8 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance (preferably in a manufacturing environment), data analysis, or systems administration.</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills are mandatory.</li><li>Experience with SQL and automation tools/scripting (e.g., VBA, Python, Power Automate) is highly desirable.</li><li>Proven track record of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in handling sensitive data.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Trustworthy and consistent, with high attention to accuracy.</li><li>Comfortable working with IT systems and digital tools.</li><li>Process-focused, with a mindset for continuous improvement and automation.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team player, able to collaborate effectively while working independently when required.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Deep knowledge and understanding of procurement processes within a manufacturing organization.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to interact across cultures and organizational levels.</li><li>Flexibility and openness to new challenges.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required</li><li>Comfortable working with diverse cultures and global teams.</li><li>Ability to meet short deadlines with consistent, high-quality output.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
