If you're ready to make a real impact in a company that's redefining heavy industry for a cleaner, smarter world, we want to hear from you. What you will do:  The Technical Project Manager III will lead and manage complex technical projects across teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery. You will apply foundational project management methodologies, including risk mitigation, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement. You will utilize your previous technical background to interpret complex engineering concepts and ensure accurate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. This will include interacting with internal and external collaborators to ensure accurate timeline and resource reporting. At any given time, multiple projects may be in progress and require attention. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Lead multiple cross functional medium to highly complex technical projects with minimal supervision </li><li>Apply foundational project management methodologies to develop and maintain project plans, including critical path analysis, risk management, budgeting, scope management, waterfall, and agile </li><li><div>Apply technical understanding to assess project risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.</div></li><li>Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables </li><li>Maintain team alignment and momentum through dynamic changes to project scope as may be required by the business </li><li>Monitor project progress and performance, adapting plans as necessary to meet objectives </li><li>Own communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving conflicts </li><li>Continuously check in on active timelines to ensure accuracy and escalate deviations as necessary </li><li>Develop relationships with engineers and adjust exact project management techniques to best suit individual needs </li><li>Proactively make recommendations for de-risking crucial tasks and/or parallelizing workstreams where possible </li><li>Communicate project status information through in-person meetings as well as digital reports</li><li>Assesses unusual circumstances and applies sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and recommend solutions</li><li>Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach based on evaluation and judgment</li><li>Run projects to completion while gathering feedback and continuing to improve the project management process. </li><li>Read, understand, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies, safe work practices, and company policies and procedures </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul>What we need you to bring to the team:   <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field </li><li>5+ years of industry experience in technical project management, project engineering, or a combination of engineering and technical project management roles (excluding internships co-ops and academic projects) </li><li><div>Leverage prior hands-on technical experience (e.g., Research development, Systems engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar) to effectively manage complex projects, translate technical requirements, and communicate with engineering teams. </div></li><li>Ability to work independently on complex projects involving diverse scopes, requiring thoughtful analysis and evaluation of multiple factors. </li><li>Demonstrated judgment in selecting appropriate courses of action, with accountability for assigned project areas and escalation at key decision points. </li><li>Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including those unfamiliar with technical subject matter. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging and influence across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Demonstrates foundational knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies in technology manufacturing and product development environments </li><li>Understands the unique challenges of early-stage environments or hybrid manufacturing and technology workflows </li><li>Identifies opportunities to improve workflows or communication processes and recommends adjustments that enhance team efficiency or product outcomes </li><li>Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by clearly and persuasively communicating project status and needs </li><li>Strengthens team and organizational networks by sharing information, aligning priorities, and fostering collaboration across departments </li><li>Serves as a go-to resource for team members on project coordination questions and may informally guide others through complex or unfamiliar project phases </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint </li></ul><div><div>What we want you to bring to the team:   <ul><li>6+ years of industry experience in a technical project management role (excludes internships, co-ops, and other school projects)  </li><li>Experience managing projects with design, development, installation, and verification of technology hardware or chemical process systems and equipment </li><li>PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred</li></ul> Compensation:   <ul><li>The anticipated starting pay range for this
