This person will assist with process mapping, SOP development, KPI tracking, and governance support. The ideal candidate is early in their CI career, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across functions.This role will report to the VP of Continuous Improvement and will work closely with the Senior CI Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support facilitation of Kaizen events and process mapping workshops.</li><li>Assist in drafting SOPs, developing KPIs, and preparing audit materials.</li><li>Track adoption of CI initiatives and ensure actions are followed through.</li><li>Provide analytical and documentation support for functional leaders during process improvement projects.</li><li>Contribute to CCR’s governance cadences and help maintain KPI Bowler dashboards.</li><li>Learn and apply Lean and CI methodologies in a fast-paced, real-world environment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>2–4 years of professional experience; exposure to CI, Lean, or process improvement strongly preferred.</li><li>Industry background in energy (IPP, utility, OEM, EPC) preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational, writing, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and proactively across functions.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with process improvement tools a plus.</li></ul>Requirements/Work Environment:<ul><li>Position location preferred as Durham, NC; with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office per week.</li></ul><div>Benefits:</div><ul><li>15 days of Paid Time Off, accrual up to 20 days, 11 observed holidays.</li><li>401(k) Match</li><li>Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision and health insurance</li><li>Wellness stipend, family planning stipend, and generous parental leave</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Phone Bill Reimbursement</li><li>Fully expensed company travel, mileage reimbursement</li><li>Company Swag</li></ul>A note to Recruiting Agencies Cypress Creek Renewables Human Resources team does not accept unsolicited resumes from third party recruiters, staffing firms, or related agencies.
