What You'll Do
Lead our banking and credit product line and own the success of Aspiration Credit Card and banking products from end-to-end.
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the banking and credit product platform with a sense of autonomy, mastery, and purpose and ensure the roadmap is aligned with our customers.
Be the general manager of our banking and credit card products
Track record of influencing and inspiring cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are improved and launched with highest level of quality and within defined timelines.
Build and sustain productive collaborative relationships within product as well as across Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Business Operations, Legal, Compliance and Risk.
Responsible for setting the long-term strategy of the banking and credit card product portfolio, while also leading your team through the near-term strategy, execution and performance against your objectives and KPIs.
Perform qualitative and quantitative research to identify, prioritize, and iterate on opportunities.
Oversee a team of thoughtful, entrepreneurial, and customer-obsessed product managers and drive end-to-end product development with a team of world-class designers, engineers, and analysts.
Build a team of thoughtful, entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed product managers.
Ensure that Aspiration customers have a remarkably intuitive, fast, and reliable experience managing their finances
Maintain an awareness of major industry trends and evaluate enhancement opportunities.
Develop new services and products based on business goals and objectives.
Analyze and evaluate new concepts to determine feasibility and market potential.
Coordinate the development of operational systems and procedures between multiple users and delivery departments.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of product development experience, preferably within the investing, finance, banking & credit space. Some degree of fintech experience is essential.
5+ years of experience managing PMs, team OKRs, goals, and objectives.
Experience building, launching and running consumer banking & lending products.
Strong desire to understand and revolutionize the financial industry.
Proven ability to create high quality, high impact experiences with considered haste.
Ability to lead in a collaborative team environment.
A primal obsession with our customer’s financial success.
Startup/tech company experience a plus.
