We are all passionate makers and builders</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in operating hand and power tools</li><li>Experience with wiring and electrical assembly</li><li>Ability to read and interpret component &amp; assembly drawings, perform basic inspection of components using inspection instruments and gauges for troubleshooting purposes</li><li>Well organized, communicative, disciplined team player with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision, identifying strategies to remove roadblocks when needed.</li><li>Mental flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Above and Beyond Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Experience in implementing test setups for electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance testing.</li><li>Experience with rotating machinery testing</li><li>Background in aerospace industry applications</li><li>Working knowledge of high voltage equipment</li><li>Working knowledge of electric drives and motors</li><li>Mechanical experience, including familiarity with A&amp;P (Airframe and Powerplant) practices or similar hands-on technical skills.</li><li>Experience with Matlab, Labview, Python or other data acquisition and analysis software</li></ul><h3>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</h3><ul><li>This position requires handling motors and inverters using cranes and other lifting equipment.
