Reporting to the CCO, you will manage and grow a high-performing sales team across Europe and North America.<br><br>Your main duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul><li>Sales Leadership &amp; Strategy: Define and execute SESAMm’s go-to-market strategy in alignment with company objectives. Drive predictable revenue growth across target markets (financial institutions, private equity, asset managers, insurance, consulting, and rating agencies).</li><li>Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers and business developers, ensuring strong performance, operational efficiency, and achievement of targets.</li><li>Pipeline &amp; Forecasting: Own sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and reporting.
