If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div>What you’ll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:<ul><li>Manage and contractually administrate multiple mechanical projects, such as AHU’s, piping, chillers, dry coolers, heat pump and fire protection, with full responsibility for developing the schedule, cost and change management, safety, communications, procurement, risk management and quality of the multiple mechanical projects  </li><li>Serve as the lead project coordinator on all mechanical installations for main buildings (Body-Shop, Paint-Shop, Assembly shop, etc.), auxiliary buildings (guard house, tank farm, fire station, etc.) and the piping between facilities.  </li><li>Facilitate resolutions to complex construction projects related issues, disputes and disagreements for mechanical scope to be built including tracking of incentives and maintaining governmental relations </li><li>Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations  </li><li>Regularly create, review and analyze reports on project construction budget, schedule and quality performance to identify the best course of action throughout the project plan </li><li>Develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments (e.g. factory and equipment planning, IT, HR, production, and governmental institutions as well as their contractors and all construction firms)  </li><li>Cross-functionally partner and collaborate with stakeholders </li></ul>Location &amp; Travel Expectations:<ul><li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, SC.</li><li>The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. </li><li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li></ul>What you’ll bring We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset.
