As the Sales Manager, Global Accounts, you will be an advocate for Amprius, our brand, and our products!  Job Responsibilities<ul> <li>Drive revenue by identifying and cultivating client relationships and closing deals to meet sales targets. </li> <li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their technical business needs. </li> <li>Develop and execute a prospective strategy to source new customer opportunities, expanding the client base for Amprius products. </li> <li>Create and deliver tailored presentations to provide customized solutions tailored to client needs and technical requirements. </li> <li>Work with internal technical teams to understand client needs and ensure solutions meet requirements. </li> <li>Reviews, maintains and assures effective implementation and execution of customer contracts. </li> <li>Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and forecasts to management. </li> <li>Be adaptable, level-headed, and quick to pivot in order to clents’ needs</li> <li>Represent Amprius at a tradeshow and other industry events.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred. </li> <li>5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in an electronic-related or other technical industry.</li> <li>Experience interfacing with OEMs and/or Tier-One customers/suppliers.</li> <li>Strong ability and flexibility to successfully work among fast-paced cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Initiates completion of tasks or activities without extensive supervision. </li> <li>Superior communications skills, both locally and globally</li> <li>Advanced negotiation and consultative skills</li> <li>Business and financial acumen</li> <li>Experience with sales analytics</li> <li>Demonstrated success in managing an extensive product portfolio</li> <li>Ability to understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial solutions.</li> </ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul> <li>Experience in Project Management or Consulting</li> <li>Experience in battery sales.</li> <li>Experience in sales data collection and analysis.</li> <li>Marketing and market planning knowledge.</li> <li>Knowledge of target-market industries.</li> <li>Previous budgetary and/or forecasting responsibilities.</li> </ul> Travel: Frequent domestic and infrequent international travel.Physical Requirements/Work Environment<ul> <li> On-site in Fremont, CA </li> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer </li> <li>Be able to move and lift up to 25 pounds at a time.</li> <li>Use/wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per instructions in areas of the facility that require wearing appropriate PPE. </li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Amprius offers competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience. Salary range for this role is $110,000 - $200,000 annually, generous RSUs.
