AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Senior Inspector to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tampa, FL area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that helps shape the region’s infrastructure while working alongside a collaborative and professional team.<ul><li>Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties. Performs field inspections and/or audit duties and maintains inspection records. Ensures all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed</li><li>Performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, marking, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests</li><li>Coordinating and managing the lower level inspectors</li><li>Performing work under the general supervision of the Project Administrator</li><li>Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals</li><li>Responsible for setting own project deadlines</li><li>Provides on the job training to new employees</li><li>Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties</li><li>Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records</li><li>Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning</li><li>Tracks quality assurance progress</li><li>Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers</li></ul>
