<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects in the region.</p><ul><li>Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration</li><li>Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects, including timelines and deliverables</li><li>Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation</li><li>Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians, overseeing workflow and quality control</li><li>Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices</li><li>Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries</li><li>Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows</li></ul>
