The role is based in one of our Benelux site, Brussels (BE), Tongeren (BE) or Panningen (NL) and will require frequent travel across the region.Responsibilities:This position plays a key role in Aliaxis' marketing strategy. You will drive the sales of selected products within a specific segment and manage all related activities throughout the product lifecycle, aligned with the overall roadmap and category strategy.<ul><li>Design and implement product strategies in line with the company’s vision</li><li>Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful market launch</li><li>Define pricing, improve margins, and streamline the product portfolio in alignment with segment and category strategy</li><li>Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and “Voice of the Customer” insights</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&amp;D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes</li><li>Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions</li><li>Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering or equivalent by experience</li><li>First experience in B2B(2C) product management, ideally in an international environment and within the building segment</li><li>Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and product strategy</li><li>Consultancy background is a strong plus, bringing strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills</li><li>High level of self-responsibility and team orientation</li><li>Fluent English and Dutch, French is a strong plus</li></ul>What we offer:We offer a unique opportunity to join a European (Belgian) global company with a very international &amp; collaborative culture that is transforming dynamically and that is committed to its future growth, service excellence and employee engagement.
