This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in both front-line and behind-the-scenes work.  This position will be hybrid/remote.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>  <strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a main point of contact for members via phone, email, and written correspondence.</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound communications in partnership with TU’s third-party call center, ensuring quality and timely responses.</li><li>Assist members with renewals, billing, benefits, donations, login issues, and general inquiries.</li><li>Maintain and update membership records in TU’s CRM (NetForum), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.</li><li>Process memberships, donations, and fulfillment requests, including special and workplace giving orders.</li><li>Generate tax letters and provide feedback on campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support member engagement and satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strengths in at least 80% of the following:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and at least one (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in customer service, call center operations, or membership services.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a member-first mindset.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (NetForum or similar preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working with third-party vendors a plus.</li><li>Commitment to TU’s mission and values; passion for angling preferred.</li></ul><p>This description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Please attach your resume and cover letter with your application.
