This NVH role includes project planning and communicating with cross-functional engineering and program teams, testing setup and data acquisition in the lab and in vehicles, along with data processing, analysis and report writing. This individual will represent BorgWarner NVH in customer engineering discussions pertaining to requirements, development, validation and performance.  This position also includes leading NVH group infrastructure and continuous improvement activities in methodology and product knowledge. This person must demonstrate characteristics which foster team growth, show diligence in daily tasks, take the initiative to take on challenging assignments, is self-motivated and has the will and ability to create opportunities. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Lead new and current product development and validation programs through NVH testing, analysis and reporting.</li><li>Interact with cross-functional engineering team to enhance product performance, weight and cost.</li><li>Perform test setup, data acquisition and teardown for NVH lab and vehicle tests.
