Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>To develop and drive relationships with key accounts, managing all aspects of the business partnership to drive customer growth.</li><li>Assist with the development and execution of FO&amp;GT business development strategies.</li><li>Meet or exceed annual sales revenue and margins for the assigned territory.</li><li>Provide monthly reports to management, in-line with business KPI’s and objectives.</li><li>Facilitate and deliver product presentations to represent FO&amp;GT to the wider customer base.  </li><li>Assist with the development of further business regions as required.</li><li>Work closely with other departments to ensure client expectations are met in a timely manner.</li><li>Travel to customer facilities or place of business may be required. </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>5+ years’ sales experience, preferably in the Oil &amp; Gas industry.</li><li>Degree or similar qualification in Engineering, Business or Marketing, preferred.</li><li>Ability to utilise effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships.</li><li>Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Access.</li><li>Demonstratable experience of presenting and negotiating, with a track record of closing deals.</li><li>Ability to research and analyse trends, write reports, and present data.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision, and travel when required.</li><li>Experience using SAP by design preferred.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
