Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>· Potential Analysis: Develop a structured overview of possible AI application areas in CAPEX procurement – with a special focus on Microsoft Copilot and in consideration of applicable data protection regulations and internal guidelines.· Feasibility Study &amp; Benefit Evaluation: Assess the identified use cases in terms of their benefits and feasibility. Develop a recommendation for prioritized implementation, taking into account the existing AI infrastructure.· Data Basis &amp; Bot Concept: Identify and prepare relevant data sources for the development of an AI bot aimed at optimizing procurement processes.· Prototyping &amp; Testing: Implement an initial functional AI bot using Microsoft Copilot. Conduct testing and iterative optimization based on feedback and performance metrics.· Roadmap &amp; Outlook: Develop a roadmap for the gradual expansion of AI usage in procurement.
