You'll work directly with our internal teams and utility program managers to define the roadmap for our sophisticated optimization engines—the tools that support grid health while delivering equitable benefits to EV owners. This role is hands-on, leading all core enterprise SaaS product management activities from strategic planning and feature scoping to backlog prioritization and stakeholder management.</p><h2><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h2><p>Tasks include, but are not limited to: </p><ul><li>Execution &amp; Delivery: Prepare and maintain the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases</li><ul><li>Define, design, and deliver products including optimization engines, data offerings, and seamless integrations with adjacent products and services</li><li>Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine product direction and define business requirements</li><li>Work with agile scrum teams on design, definition, documentation and implementation of features for new applications</li><li>Maintain groomed backlog and roadmap in Jira</li><li>Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirements.</li></ul><li>Stakeholder Enablement: Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with Sales, Marketing and Client Success groups</li><ul><li>Support Client Facing Demonstrations of the product</li><li>Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and other duties as needed to ensure product success</li><li>Support operations and engineering teams as required</li></ul><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2><strong>About you</strong></h2><p>You are a user-obsessed and data-driven product leader who excels at turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable roadmaps. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
