AECOM is seeking a highly analytical and experienced System Analyst to support the design, analysis, and implementation of GIS and IT solutions for infrastructure and land-related systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and client-side teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs. This role may require working on-site at client offices.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system specifications.</li><li>Design workflows, data models, and integration strategies for GIS and IT platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment with system architecture.</li><li>Lead developers to Develop and maintain GIS applications for web and desktop environments.</li><li>Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation.</li><li>Support stakeholder workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).</li><li>Provide ongoing support and enhancements during implementation phases</li></ul>
