Our customers use our platform to uncover insights hidden in their operations, supply chains, and financial systems, then act on those insights to drive resilience and competitive advantage. We’re hiring mission-driven Customer Success Managers to partner with our enterprise accounts as they transform how they operate.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Own success for a set of enterprise customers, driving retention, growth, and impact.</li><li>Build trust with key stakeholders and executives, showing how sustainability data drives strategy for companies with 2,000 - 10,000 employees</li><li>Help customers understand and use the product to achieve business outcomes; you'll onboard them onto the dashboard, equip them to gather the information they need about their carbon footprint, and will help them set and achieve their climate plans.</li><li>Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve customers to maximize value and retention.</li><li>Help customers understand and use Watershed’s carbon marketplace — integrating carbon removal into their climate plans.</li></ul>You might be a fit if you:<ul style=""><li>Have relevant CSM experience, in a SaaS organization.</li><li>Proven success building relationships, especially with enterprise customers at an executive level.</li><li>Ask the right questions to understand people’s underlying needs and can work with sales, product, and services teams to deliver on those.</li><li>Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You have experience working on customer-facing work at the enterprise level.</li><li>Commercially fluent, partnering with Sales on renewals and growth.</li><li>Highly organized, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts while driving outcomes.</li><li>Curious and adaptable, eager to make sustainability data the next frontier of business intelligence.</li></ul>The role may include up to 10%+ travel. Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles)Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
