Greenpeace USA is headquartered in Washington, DC.</div>POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics leads the  Business Intelligence and Analytics team, overseeing end-to-end reporting processes, optimizing data pipelines and back-end systems for performance, and managing the BI platform. This role is responsible for delivering timeline and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across different teams in the organization. The Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics will collaborate with teams to translate data into actionable strategies, optimize data-driven solutions, and generate insights that contribute to revenue growth and informed decision-making. Three or more years of experience in Looker Studio preferred. </li><li>Minimum 3 years experience leading project teams in delivering BI and Analytics solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, with a minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, including writing optimized queries for large data sets. </li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in dbt (data build tool), with a strong understanding of transforming and modeling data in a cloud environment.</li><li>Experience using, maintaining, and managing reporting and visualization tools, particularly Tableau, to support business intelligence initiatives.
