About the role: As a Senior Solar Design Engineer at BlueWave, you will play a key role in shaping the development of solar and energy storage projects ranging from 1MW - 250 MW and supporting the Engineering team with high-quality design and drafting. This role sits at the intersection of technical precision and creative problem-solving, requiring collaboration with Development team, Grid Integration, Legal, and other teams to produce optimized system layouts that maximize efficiency and performance. You will contribute to project success by ensuring designs meet industry standards, supporting construction detailing, and integrating production optimization strategies.
