As one of the longest established of Cundall’s many disciplines, the Structural team are a source of world leading expertise – and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.<h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Structural Engineer to join our team in our Birmingham office, to play a leading role in the design and project leadership of some of our most exciting and prestigious projects. Local projects such as The Hundred, the Mell Square redevelopment and Three Chamberlain Square illustrate our local portfolio with our active work across the UK and internationally covering sectors including education, datacentres, healthcare and residential.You will take a senior role within a team of expert engineers and technicians, and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects. You will have the opportunity to nurture existing and  develop new client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business, and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and develop less experienced engineers.<h2>The Skills</h2>You will ideally be Chartered preferably with IStructE, and accredited with a BEng/MEng (or equivalent) in Structural or Civil Engineering.
