Be on the lookout for medium- and large-scale investment projects within your territory and become a key partner in executing these.</p></li><li><p>Increase the business centre’s profitability through systematic control of costs, expenses and investments.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement profit-maximizing pricing strategies. Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Analyse the business centre’s current performance and assess opportunities to increase the level of service and ensure market-share growth.</p></li><li><p>Apply chain-wide policies and procedures to ensure the standardization of operations.</p></li><li><p>Provide a safe work environment.
