This position will serve as the liaison between customers and the company in providing information concerning pricing, contracts, quality, product information, and other requests.This role has a Spring 2026 start date.YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Review detailed solicitation requirements to ensure compliance</li><li>Prepare, administer, and coordinate customer quotations and specifications in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Analyze sales history to provide competitive and accurate pricing</li><li>Provide technical assistance and customer service in determining part validity, pricing, and product information</li><li>Requires support of and response to Marketing &amp; Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, as well as other internal departments to facilitate an organized, timely, and cost-effective delivery of parts.</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Other duties and project work as assigned</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship.</li><li>Graduation date on or after May 2027 </li><li>This is a YEAR-ROUND opportunity. Individual must be willing to work full-time hours during summers and breaks, and part-time hours (around 20 hours per week) during the school year.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above</li><li>Individual must be a self-starter, flexible, highly organized</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills　</li><li>Strong analytical skills　</li><li>Ability to follow documented standard operating procedures</li><li>Drive for continuous improvement　</li></ul>Pay Range:$18.00 - $37.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
