This role ensures that ERP solutions align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with quality standards.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the ERP team focused on manufacturing and quality modules (e.g., SAP PP &amp; QM).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, supply chain, sales, and finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>Oversee the configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of manufacturing and quality processes within the ERP system.</li><li>Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced ERP functionalities.</li><li>Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to manufacturing and quality workflows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards through ERP system controls.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary.</li><li>Lead ERP upgrade and integration projects related to manufacturing and quality modules.</li><li>Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Deep knowledge of SAP system, specially manufacturing and quality modules</li><li>Ability to configure and customize SAP manufacturing and quality processes</li><li>Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving system issues related to manufacturing and quality workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, and quality assurance standards.</li><li>Familiarity with different quality management setups within an organization</li><li>Integration knowledge of SAP with other shop floor systems such as MES, PLCs etc.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive approach to problem resolution and continuous improvement.</li><li>Training and mentoring end-users on ERP functionality.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>4 years of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related.</li><li>8+ years of hands on experience in SAP specially production and quality modules</li><li>At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role overseeing SAP projects</li><li>Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (Planning to go-live and support).</li><li>SAP certification is a must, ideally in production or quality.</li><li>Prefer certified professional such as TOGAF, PMP or ITIL</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
