This role leads a team of functional analysts and consultants, ensuring that procurement, inventory, and materials planning processes are optimized and fully aligned with business objectives. The Team Lead acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the ERP team focused on supply chain module such as SAP MM (Material Management).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, warehouse, sales, transportation and finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>Oversee system configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support for supply chain processes.</li><li>Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced ERP functionalities.</li><li>Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to system workflows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards through ERP system controls.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary.</li><li>Lead ERP upgrade and integration projects</li><li>Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, business processes, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of SAP Material Management functionalities, including procure to pay complete cycle</li><li>Proficient in configuring SAP MM to meet business requirements, including material types, valuation classes, pricing procedures, account determination, and document types.</li><li>Strong knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules: like SD, FI, EWM, PP and QM</li><li>Experience managing master data including material, vendor, purchasing info records, contract, source lists etc.</li><li>Proven ability to lead SAP MM teams, assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Configuration and use of eSPP functions like multi-level service parts planning, Deployment and distribution strategies and Planning heuristics and inventory optimization</li><li>Strong understanding of service parts demand forecasting, distribution, and inventory management</li><li>Skilled in leading SAP MM-related projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and system enhancements.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking for troubleshooting complex system issues and optimizing procurement/inventory processes.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.</li><li>Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and system demos.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of hands on experience in SAP supply chain specially in MM module</li><li>At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role overseeing SAP projects</li><li>Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (Planning to go-live and support).</li><li>SAP certification is a must, ideally in material management or sourcing &amp; procurement.</li><li>Prefer certified professional such as TOGAF, PMP or ITIL</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
