If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.<h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Manage customer interactions to improve satisfaction and streamline quoting and PO cycles</li><li>Coordinate responses to RFPs, commercial quotes, and customer inquiries</li><li>Prepare accurate cost proposals and quotations in collaboration with Program Management and Finance</li><li>Support pricing analysis, update cost models, and maintain price lists</li><li>Maintain CRM records and generate historical reports</li><li>Plan and execute promotional activities, including trade shows and media campaigns</li><li>Report on sales forecasts and open items to identify opportunities</li></ul><h3>What you need</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred)</li><li>2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or related role (required)</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills (required)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems; Salesforce experience preferred</li><li>Ability to analyze data and prepare reports (required)</li><li>Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)</li></ul>  Salary Range: $61,600.00-$82,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
