The role also supports accounts payable (AP), and other financial and analytical tasks as needed to address departmental resource gaps and ensure timely, accurate financials.<h1>Key Responsibilities:</h1><ul> <li>AR collections and related activities.</li> <li>Customer and vendor research.</li> <li>(AR) invoicing and revenue tracking; (AP) subcontract status tracking (retainage, billed vs. contract).</li> <li>Special projects as assigned.</li> <li>Managing high-volume collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.</li> <li>Coordinating across multiple departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.</li> <li>Adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.</li></ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2><h1>Desired Skills &amp; Experience Essential Requirements:</h1><ul> <li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.</li> <li>BA/AS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.</li> <li>2+ years of hands-on accounting or finance experience.</li> <li>Experience with AR collections and/or AP processes.</li></ul>   The expected starting pay range for this role is $62,000 - $89,000 annually USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
