AECOM is seeking a full-time, hybrid, Contract Administrator to work within our Water business line supporting  municipal wastewater infrastructure construction projects.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules and procurement plans</li><li>Collaborate closely with procurement and project management teams to align delivery schedules with construction or production milestones</li><li>Work with Project Manager, Design Team, Client and Construction Contractor in expediting solutions to technical field problems </li><li>Expedite Supplier documentation and review construction submittals</li><li>Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements</li><li>Coordinate inspections, provide regular updates to project team and the Client, review and prepare contractor payment applications, and respond to RFI’s.</li><li>Issue Change Orders, Change Directives, Site Instructions</li><li>Participate in the negotiation of change orders specific to design changes</li><li>Participate in the resolution of delay and other claims by the contractor</li><li>Participate in and document all construction meetings onsite (progress meeting, commissioning meeting, etc.)</li><li>Participate/coordinate in testing and commissioning activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual delivery terms and project requirements</li></ul>
