All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.   The role:   <ul><li>Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for the sales organization, covering topics such as sales methodologies, objection handling, and product knowledge, with the purpose of internal certification. </li></ul><ul><li>Own the onboarding process for new sales hires, leveraging the LMS and supplementing with role-specific training and certifications. </li></ul><ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert on how Makersite should be sold, supporting both new hires and experienced team members in developing consistent sales approaches. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with leaders to create, update, and maintain training materials, playbooks, and certification programs. </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning and messaging into sales-ready content and training modules. </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular skills assessments to identify gaps and create targeted development plans for the sales team. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide ongoing coaching, workshops, and refresher sessions to strengthen the capabilities of the existing sales force. </li></ul><ul><li>Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement. </li></ul><ul><li>Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and tools in sales enablement to enhance Makersite’s training programs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all training and enablement content is delivered in clear, professional English. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven background in Enterprise SaaS sales training, with demonstrated impact on sales team performance. </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the same company to reflect lasting contributions. </li></ul><ul><li>Academic background in IT or related field (or experience with complex, technical products). </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience administering LMS/e-learning platforms and using authoring tools to create engaging training content. </li></ul><ul><li>Direct sales experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS, with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and challenges. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong storytelling ability and excellent communication skills, able to build credibility and engage diverse audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
