They will work closely with data scientists to optimize and integrate their code in order to bring it to production. This role will report to the Data (Engineering) Team Lead. Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience</li><li>3-5 years of professional software engineering experience</li><li>3-5 years of experience with Python or similar language</li><li>Understanding of Object Oriented and Functional Programming paradigms</li><li>Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL Databases</li><li>Independent and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills</li></ul> Ideal candidates will have<ul><li>Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB</li><li>Experience with Open Source Geospatial tools such as GDAL, Geopandas, Rasterio, Xarray, etc</li></ul> Location + Time Commitment This is a full-time position, requiring hybrid work from our Boston office at least two days/week.
