As an Indoor Sales Engineer, you play a key role in customer satisfaction and business growth. Working closely with the Field Sales Engineers, you will:<ul><li>Analyze the technical and operational needs of our industrial clients in order to offer them tailored solutions</li><li>Draft relevant commercial offers and ensure their follow-up through to completion</li><li>Handle order entry and monitoring in our ERP system (SAP), ensuring service quality and smooth operations</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of the commercial strategy through targeted actions</li><li>Promote new products, the breadth of our product range for additional sales (cross-selling), as well as key products</li><li>Provide commercial and technical support in coordination with the Field Sales Engineer, particularly in interactions with the Munich headquarters (KLM)</li><li>Actively contribute to commercial success by achieving set objectives thanks to your commitment, customer focus, and initiative</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>You have proven experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations within a B2B industrial environment.</li><li>You are recognized for your customer service mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build lasting relationships.</li><li>You have a strong interest in technical subjects (mechanics, industrial maintenance) or a background in this field.
