Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.</p><p>Too Good To Go was named in FastCompany’s March 2022 list of the World's Most Innovative Companies, and was honoured to be included in TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential Companies of 2022.</p><p>We’re looking for an exceptional <strong>Key Account Lead </strong>to join the Czech superstar team at Too Good To Go in Prague.</p><h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3><p>As a Key Account Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to lead, coach &amp; inspire your team as they nurture &amp; grow important existing business, and win new key account partnerships by identifying new opportunities.<br>Reporting to the Country Director Poland &amp; Czech Republic, you will manage the Key Accounts team of 1 Key Account Manager and 1 Key Account Specialist<strong>,</strong> and collaborate with team members across other Key Accounts cluster teams as well as other colleagues in Global Key Accounts, Marketing and Independent Partners.</p><h3><strong>Your role</strong></h3><ul><li>Team &amp; sector leadership: full management of the CZ Key Account sector pipeline &amp; forecasts plus line management of the Key Accounts team. You will set their goals and objectives, be responsible for their development, give effective feedback and are accountable for their overall performance.</li><li>Proactive business development and relationship building: independently and proactively outreach to gain meetings and build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers of challenging big accounts</li><li>Research: independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process.</li><li>Pitching: create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition.</li><li>Account Management &amp; Growth: oversee the team’s portfolio of key accounts, ensuring the partnerships are strong, we have meaningful relationships with numerous stakeholders in their businesses, and delivering strategies to grow the accounts. The focus should be on maximising our store coverage, overall supply and guiding them on a zero waste approach.</li><li>Planning and forecasting: building reports to track performance and identify trends, and creating financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals.</li></ul><p> <strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent commercial experience working with prominent brands and Key Accounts in the Supermarket/Retailer or HoReCa sector.
