Furthermore, a critical component of this role involves leading the regional client support function, ensuring that every client interaction with our products is met with the best possible experience and that the highest standards of product quality are maintained across the region.Crucially, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand their quality expectations and establish efficient integrated quality planning for product delivery. You will be responsible for leading and managing our regional QA teams to ensure the highest level of product quality for our Australian market. You will work closely with Global Quality teams and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services tailored for the Australian market.
