With comprehensive training and support, this role is intended for individuals who want to progress up a sales career ladder within a growing company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:<ul><li>A resilient, optimistic, proactive attitude</li><li>Highly disciplined and strong organizational skills</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, phone and computer based</li><li>The ability to track, analyze and problem-solve to unblock enrollments</li><li>Multi-tasking skills to manage a variety of challenges simultaneously</li><li>A natural affinity for building relationships with customers and other team members</li><li>A willingness to learn and develop new skills</li><li>An appreciation for the value of renewable energy </li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesAs a B2B Renewable Energy Partner Sales professional, you will be responsible for phone and email outreach to engage tenants at the properties in our portfolio, collect energy usage information, and enroll them in our solar program.<ul><li>Outbound prospective customer calls / emails / and other forms of outreach</li><li>Extensive interaction with Salesforce and SalesLoft to streamline and maximize customer engagement</li><li>Thorough research of prospective customers using any and all available tools</li><li>Opportunity for advancement into roles of greater responsibility throughout the organization</li></ul>

We encourage occasional travel a few days a year to our headquarters in Durango, Colorado and San Luis Obispo, California; and we have two annual offsites. But that&rsquo;s it in terms of travel.
