AECOM is seeking a Senior Drainage Lead to be based in Seattle, WA.Job Summary/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Mentor, grow, and recruit staff.</li><li>Lead a team of professionals overseeing the drainage design of large scale complex projects with a near-term emphasis on design-build delivery.</li><li>Supervise and lead project plan production and technical reports.</li><li>Establish budgets and schedules for project deliverables.</li><li>Develop and manage key client relationships.</li><li>Provide technical expertise for studies and design efforts.</li><li>Present complex technical solutions to clients.</li><li>Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.</li><li>Participate in the development of technical proposals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated design solutions.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and innovative drainage technologies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to drainage systems.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to optimize project sustainability and environmental impact.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during project implementation.</li><li>Conduct site visits and field investigations to assess drainage conditions and requirements.</li></ul>
