We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead – Oracle Fusion Planning &amp; Manufacturing to manage the transition of Nextpower’s global manufacturing process to a new ERP (Oracle Fusion). This is a strategic role partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement and optimize systems that drive operational growth and efficiency.The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of projects execution to close in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment. Extensive ERP experience - specifically Oracle Fusion - is essential. As we embark on a large-scale ERP transformation program, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement for the Projects execution to close process.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead ERP Planning &amp; Manufacturing Implementations: Provide technical leadership and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion planning and manufacturing modules. Drive process design, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption. build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements.</li><li>Solution Architecture &amp; Configuration: Configure and optimize Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure material availability and production efficiency.
