This role involves close collaboration with customers, internal R&amp;D teams, and production groups to deliver high-performance, reliable cell products.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design cell products in alignment with customer requirements, performance goals, and safety standards.</li><li>Validate and optimize electrochemical and safety performance through systematic testing and data analysis.</li><li>Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, managing documentation such as BOM, DFMEA, and sample build indexes.</li><li>Oversee sample builds, identify and resolve technical issues, and lead failure analysis (FA) and root-cause investigations.</li><li>Actively participate in customer meetings to discuss new product development plans and technical feedback.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support manufacturing, quality, and R&amp;D teams in resolving cell product–related technical issues.</li></ul><hr><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Education: Master’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in battery material or product development, with a strong understanding of lithium-ion battery systems.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently lead product or material development projects from concept to validation.</li><li>Strong skills in failure analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).</li><li>Proven experience in customer technical communication; prior involvement in EV (electric vehicle) battery development is highly preferred.</li></ul>
