This role will own relationships with our partners, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and scaling.This role requires someone who can accelerate the deployment of our products, help clients roll out flexibility across their customer base, and adapt processes pragmatically without getting stuck in bureaucracy. You'll need excellent client-facing skills to guide customers through technical implementations while maintaining strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.Axle's success is intertwined with that of our partners'; by helping our partners onboard &amp; scale, you'll be the conduit to Axle's B2B2C growth.<h3>Key responsibilities include:</h3><ul> <li>Manage end-to-end partner onboarding from initial setup to go-live, and maintain steady-state relationships post-implementation</li> <li>Act as a conduit between partners and engineering teams</li> <li>Provide go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning</li> <li>Create scalable processes (and design scalable products) across diverse customer segments</li> <li>Make data-driven decisions &amp; improvements, internally and externally</li> </ul>This is a high-velocity, high-impact role.
