AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineer II for the Surface Transportation Department in Murray, UT. Projects may include the design of urban and rural roadways, interstate highways, interchanges, design-build and more.Work may include projects such as the Progressive Design-Build I-84/US-89 project, other Design-Build projects or pursuits, and other UDOT projects.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Geometric design of roadways creating horizontal and vertical alignments and models</li><li>Preparation of design reports including design study reports, and technical memorandums</li><li>Coordination with project stakeholders including clients, the public, utility companies, and permitting agencies.</li><li>Plan preparation for roadway plans in accordance with UDOT or Local standards.</li><li>Calculate quantities and estimates for UDOT and local transportation projects</li><li>Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.</li><li>Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.</li><li>Prepares technical specification sections.</li><li>Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.</li></ul>
