About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Accounts Receivable operations within the Order-to-Cash process. This role involves executing structured accounting and administrative tasks essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely financial transactions.If you enjoy working with processes, have a strong sense of responsibility, and take pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily operations, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Data Entry &amp; Documentation: Accurately enter customer and transaction data into financial systems and maintain supporting documents.</li><li>Payment Support: Assist in tracking and preparing payments for application; organize remittances and match documentation.</li><li>Customer Master Support: Update customer information and validate related documentation.</li><li>Collections Assistance: Send reminders, log responses, and coordinate on unresolved issues.</li><li>Help Desk Support: Act as the first point of contact for AR inquiries and escalate when needed.</li><li>Filing &amp; Records Management: Organize digital and physical files for audit readiness.</li><li>Reporting Support: Compile and format data for weekly/monthly reports; run predefined system reports.</li><li>Month-End Close Support: Prepare required data and supporting documents for closing processes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling.</li><li>+2 years understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or QAD (preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of internal controls and documentation standards (a plus).</li></ul>About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
