The developer will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and SOX-compliant integration solutions.What you’ll do: Integration Development &amp; Support<ul><ul><li>Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.</li><li>Develop and maintain integrations with Greenhouse ATS, ADP Payroll, and multiple benefit providers.</li><li>Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes with minimal downtime.</li><li>Document integration designs, workflows, and operational procedures for audit and knowledge sharing.</li></ul></ul>System Enhancements &amp; Releases<ul><ul><li>Support Workday semi-annual releases by reviewing integration impacts, testing, and implementing updates.</li><li>Collaborate with HRIS and IT peers on new system initiatives requiring integration solutions.</li><li>Ensure integrations are scalable and aligned with long-term HR technology strategy.</li></ul></ul>Compliance &amp; Data Governance<ul><ul><li>Ensure all integration changes follow SOX-compliant change management processes including documentation, testing, and approvals.</li><li>Maintain data integrity and security across all connected systems.</li><li>Partner with auditors to provide evidence of compliance as needed.</li></ul></ul>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Support<ul><ul><li>Partner with HR, and IT  teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers on integration specifications and issue resolution.</li><li>Provide technical expertise to cross-functional projects involving Workday integrations.</li></ul></ul>What you need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>4+ years of Workday integration experience, with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and EIBs.</li><li>Strong experience integrating with Greenhouse ATS, ADP Payroll, and benefit providers.</li><li>Solid understanding of Workday HCM data model and business processes.</li><li>Experience with XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, and API-based integrations</li><li>Familiarity with SOX compliance, data security, and change control processes.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.</li><li>Workday Integration certification strongly preferred.</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
