We have an enjoyable, dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul> What you’ll do <ol><li>Sales &amp; Customer Engagement</li></ol><ul><li>Provide subject matter expertise on Infravision’s drone-enabled stringing methods during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal discussions.</li><li>Navigate across multiple customer business units to foster strong technical relationships, build trust, and identify additional opportunities for Infravision.</li><li>Support the sales team in articulating the value proposition of drone-enabled stringing solutions through technical presentations, benefit analyses, and case studies. </li></ul><ul><li>Proposal &amp; Project Planning</li></ul><ul><li>Develop detailed stringing project plans (pilot line, draw wire and full conductor) to enable accurate contracts, proposals, and resource forecasts.</li><li>Coordinate the technical input into proposals and scopes of work, including quantification of engineering, operational, and resource requirements for project bids.</li><li>Translate customer requirements into clear technical scopes aligned with Infravision capabilities. </li></ul><ul><li>Sales-Operations Interface</li></ul><ul><li>Lead the technical handover from Sales to Operations once contracts are executed, ensuring project teams have accurate and complete information.</li><li>Provide customer-facing benefit analyses pre and post project to demonstrate ROI and strengthen the case for product expansion. </li></ul><ul><li>Internal &amp; Product Development Support</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to create and maintain technical materials, collateral, and case studies for use in the sales process.</li><li>Gather structured feedback from customers to inform product development priorities and ensure Infravision’s roadmap aligns with market needs.</li></ul> What we are looking for <ul><li>Growth-minded: Experienced in their speciality field but  hungry for continuous  learning and improvement</li><li>Industry-seasoned: has already spent time supporting the electric power / cleantech industries</li><li>Self-starter: willing to dig into new concepts, make recommendations with limited information, and be highly effective with minimal direction and supervision</li><li>Systems thinker: a love for efficiency, ensuring that processes work well together to streamline commercial operations</li><li>Focused: we are a small team with many competing priorities. To be effective in this role you need to be able to isolate where you can have the greatest impact and rigorously prioritize.</li><li>Willingness to travel: we operate throughout the United States, Canada, India and Australia and employees are required to travel from time to time.</li></ul> Required Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>5+ years’ experience as a stringing engineer on transmission construction projects, preferably as a contractor</li><li>Strong technical expertise in transmission line stringing methods, including draw wire and full conductor installation.</li><li>Familiarity with emerging technologies for stringing (e.g., drones, synthetic ropes, new block systems) highly advantageous.</li><li>Proven experience preparing stringing plans, project estimates, and scopes of work for large-scale transmission projects.</li><li>Experience engaging directly with customers in pre-sales, bid support, or technical sales environments.</li><li>Understanding of commercial contracting processes for EPC or utility projects.</li><li>Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related)</li></ul> Next Steps Click on the Apply button to start your journey and join the Infravision team today.
