We are now looking for a Test Engineer to join our newly established Testing Team. This roles focus is end-of-life (EOL) testing, state-of-health (SOH) testing, and cyclic testing as part of our product validation and verification efforts. This position is one of four new roles in the team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute product validation and verification test programs</li><li>Create detailed test plans and comprehensive reports</li><li>Conduct EOL, SOH, and cyclic tests</li><li>Organize and coordinate tests in external test laboratories</li><li>Develop and maintain measurement equipment</li><li>Develop and improve test methods and procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Educational background in engineering (electrical or a related field)</li><li>Experience in EOL, SOH, or cyclic testing is considered an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting</li><li>Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and test setups</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Finnish</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally for external testing</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>A versatile and responsible role in a skilled and supportive team</li><li>Opportunity to influence product quality and development</li><li>An international working environment with growth opportunities</li><li>Support for professional development</li></ul>We're not just about energy storage.
