You'll be stepping into an active project mid-development cycle, taking ownership of testing, validation, and design refinement activities for our electrical and battery systems integration.Position SummaryWe need a seasoned engineer who can quickly integrate into an ongoing project and drive it through the testing and validation phase. You'll inherit existing designs and requirements, then focus intensively on proving performance, identifying gaps, and refining solutions to meet specifications. This role requires someone who can work independently, make rapid technical decisions, and thoroughly document all work for seamless knowledge transfer to permanent team members.
