As our Construction Lead Netherlands, you’ll be at the forefront of building a cleaner, faster world, steering our local Construction Management team to deliver cutting-edge fast charging stations across the country. You know what it takes to develop your team members, improving the quality of their work and their personal growth while setting direction. </li><li>Create an engaging, fun, and performance-driven team culture for your team.</li><li>Coordinate with the Country Director, Lead Architect and the Expansion Lead to ensure that all project timelines are met and within budget.</li><li>Collaborate with other Construction Leads and the Director of Construction Management to ensure consistent practices across all countries.</li><li>Develop strategies for national suppliers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders (highway authorities, grid operators, etc.).</li><li>Regularly report on project status and continuously reduce bottlenecks in line with a long term vision and by anticipating future challenges.</li></ul>Electric mobility is new territory for you? You have experience and are happy to continuously switch from very practical tasks and deep involvement in the operations to work on highly strategic questions.
