(ServiceNow)</li> <li>Excellent communication skills are a must (face-to-face, written, and telephone)</li> <li>Good organizational skills, able to handle projects and prioritize tasks as they present themselves</li> <li>Software Support - troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and removing applications.
